  1. 1 tomato (per person)

  2. 3-4 T. Pesto - to drizzle on top

  3. recipe in "everything else"*

  4. Salt to taste - or garlic salt in you like

  5. 2 pieces of prosciutto

  6. 1/4 C. Shredded Parmigiano -Reggiano

  7. 1/4 C. Crumbled Fata Cheese

  1. Cut tomato into 6 slices. Pat dry with paper towel. Sprinkle tomato’s with salt feta and parmigiano-reggiano. Cut prosciutto into thirds. Lay 1 piece of prosciutto on each slice of tomato, covering only half of each slice. Drizzle with pesto.
