  1. Lamb pieces 1/2 kg.

  2. Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp.

  3. Capsicum 3

  4. Diced

  5. Onions 3

  6. Minced

  7. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp.

  8. Chilli Powder 2 tsp.

  9. Garam masala 1 tsp.

  10. Coconut Milk 1 cup

  11. Ghee 2 tbsp.

  12. Salt to taste

  1. Cook the lamb pieces with turmeric powder in 2 cups of water.

  2. Heat ghee and add the onions, sauté until brown, add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and salt, sauté for 2 minutes.

  3. Add the cooked lamb pieces and the diced capsicum, stir and cook covered for 5 minutes.

  4. Add the coconut milk and garam masala powder, cook until the curry is thick.
