    2. 1 pint whipping cream or evaporated

    3. milk 4 eggs

    4. 4 ounces Swiss cheese

    5. 1 small onion

    6. Green pepper -- Mushrooms -- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper

    7. 1/4 teaspoon salt

    8. 1/2 pound ham --

    9. -- sausage, OR any meat)

    10. 400 degrees for 15 minutes or at
