  1. One head iceberg lettuce

  2. One head romaine

  3. 4 oz 113g Shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  4. 4 oz 113g Shredded mozzarella

  5. 1/2 Parmesan - (grated), up to

  6. 1/3, up to

  7. One small bottle fat free caesar dressing

  8. One box croutons

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Wash and drain lettuce, then tear into bite size pieces. Toss the lettuce and cheeses. Add the dressing and croutons just before serving.

  2. Guess you could add black olives, etc. This is easy, quick and yummy.
