  1. 1 1/2c of complete pancake mix

  2. 1/2 c of applesauce with cinnamon water-depending on your liking.

  3. Heating the griddle with shortening, when it's ready pour 1/4c of batter on the griddle. When the bubbles are done forming, flip them over(about 2 or 3 mins on each side). Serve it warm with maple syrup. It's so simple and yummy,my ds loves it and asks for more. Enjoy!!
