  1. 4 cups blueberries

  2. 3 cups water

  3. 2/3 cup sugar

  4. teaspoon ground allspice

  5. 16 ounces plain soy yogurt

  6. In a pot, place blueberries, water, sugar and all spice and stir. Bring to a boil while stirring. Make sure all the sugar dissolves before removing from heat and allowing to cool. Food process the blueberry mixture, in batches if necessary, until it is smooth. Stir in yogurt and chill. Serve cold with additional soy yogurt as garnish.
