  3. 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

  4. 1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper

  5. 1/4 cup minced shallot

  6. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  7. 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno pepper

  8. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon

  9. 1/8 teaspoon salt

  10. 2 tablespoons balsamic or sherry vinegar

  11. 2 cloves garlic -- crushed

  2. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
