  1. 1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7oz Cottage cheese

  2. 4 Eggs

  3. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Flour

  4. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Granulated Sugar

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter - melted

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Vanilla

  7. 1 cup 237ml Blueberries

  1. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, flour, sugar and butter in a bowl; mix well. Stir in vanilla; add the blueberries.

  2. Cook batter on a hot greased griddle until light brown on both side; turning once.

  3. Serve with butter and maple syrup.

  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
