  1. 1 cup seasoned herb stuffing mix

  2. can Chopped Clams - 6 1/2

  3. 2 large mushrooms, washed and chopped

  4. 1 green onion, chopped

  5. 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves

  6. 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning

  7. 1/2 cup chicken broth

  8. 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved and flattened to 1/2-inch thick

  9. Paprika

  1. Preheat oven to 350 ºF. In medium bowl, combine stuffing mix, Chicken of the Sea® Clams , mushrooms, onion, thyme and poultry seasonings. Gradually add broth stirring to moisten all pieces. Divide stuffing among chicken breasts. Fold breasts over stuffing, securing with wooden pick. Sprinkle with paprika. Place seam-side down, into and ungreased 8X8-inch baking pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove wooden pick before serving. Makes 4 servings.
