  1. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Boneless stew - (ground once)

  2. 2 Onions

  3. 1 Celery stalk

  4. 1/4 Bell pepper

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cooking oil

  6. 1 Lipton onion soup

  7. 1 Stewed tomatoes

  8. 1 Whole tomatoes

  9. 1 Tomato sauce

  10. 1 Ragu sauce - chunky style

  11. 2 Bay leaves - chili powder to Crab boil oil to taste - Creole Garlic powder to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions note: the crab boil oil is liquid crab boil. Brown ground beef in large pot. Then add chili powder, creole seasoning, & garlic powder. In a skillet saute chopped onions, celery & bell pepper. Add sauteed seasoning to ground beef. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, & onion soup. Add remaining ingredients, let simmer for 20 minutes or until done, Do not over cook. Source is Brenda (last name unknown), a co-worker. This is her award winning chili.
