  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Chicken pieces

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Vegetable oil

  3. 1/3 cup 78ml Lime juice

  4. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Onion - chopped

  5. 2 Garlic - crushed

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Tabasco sauce - **

  7. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Dried rosemary - crumbled

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried marjoram - crumbled

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  1. Recipe Instructions Pierce chicken in several places with a fork. In a shallow dish or plastic bag, combine chicken and remaining ingredients. Cover. Refrigerate overnight in lime mixture. Drain chicken; reserve marinade. Place chicken over hot coals. Cook about 20 minutes per side or until chicken is done. Turn chicken several times during grilling, brushing with reserved marinade each time. Serve with additional TABASCO sauce, if desired. **May lessen or add TABASCO sauce depending on tastes.
