    2. 8 poached eggs

    3. 1/2 cup American cheese, grated

    4. 1/2 cup thick cream sauce (1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper, 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice, 3/4 pint of thick cream)

    1. Instructions To make cream dressing: Mix salt and pepper with lemon juice. Gradually add thick cream, stirring constantly.

    2. Place poached eggs in individual egg dishes or in a small baking dish.

    3. Pour over them the cream sauce.

    4. Sprinkle on top with the grater cheese.

    5. Bake in hot oven for 2 minutes.
