  1. 1 cup beer -

  3. 3 tablespoons jalapeno peppers - finely diced -

  4. 3 tablespoons green pepper - finely diced -

  5. 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese - shredded -

  6. 2 tablespoons flour -

  7. 1 tablespoon cilanto - chopped -

  8. 1/2 teaspoon cumin -

  9. 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  1. In a saucepan, add the beer over medium-high heat. Once the beer starts to foam, add the lemon juice. Reduce heat and add the peppers. In a separate bowl, combine the cheese and flour until the cheese is well-coated. Gradually incorporate the cheese into the beer mixture, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a fondue pot.
