  1. 2 lb Chicken breasts

  2. 1 t Crushed garlic

  3. 1/4t Tumeric

  4. 1 t Fish sauce

  5. 1 t Lemon juice

  6. 1 t Ground lemongrass

  7. 1/2t Paprika

  8. 1/2t Salt

  9. 1 t Light soy sauce

  10. 1 T Oil

  1. + Take breasts and bone, skin and cut into 1/4" thick bite size chunks.

  2. In a bowl combine chicken with the remaining ingredients, mix, cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hrs.

  3. Soak bamboo skewers in water 3-4 hrs and start charcoal fire in grill.

  4. Thread chicken pieces onto skewers and BBQ about 3 min , turn and 3 min more.

  5. Serve.
