  1. 1/2 cup olive oil

  2. 1/2 cup red wine vinegar

  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil

  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano

  6. 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  7. 3/4 teaspoon white sugar

  8. 3 cups fresh sliced mushrooms

  9. 15 cherry tomatoes, halved

  10. 1 cup sliced red bell peppers

  11. 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

  12. 1/2 cup chopped green onions

  13. 4 ounces black olives

  14. 12 ounces sliced pepperoni, each slice cut in half

  15. 2 1/2 cups cooked macaroni

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic powder, basil, oregano, black pepper and sugar.

  2. Add cooked pasta, vegetables, cheese, olives and pepperoni; toss until all ingredients are well coated.

  3. Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.
