  1. 1/3 cup 20g / 0.7oz Unbleached flour

  2. 2 1/2 cups 232g / 8 1/5oz Shredded coconut

  3. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Salt

  4. 2/3 cup 157ml Sweetened condensed milk

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together flour, coconut and salt. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Stir well to make a thick batter. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto well-greased cookie sheets, allowing an inch between cookies. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan at once; let cool on wire racks. Yields about 2 dozen.
