  1. Cauliflower - 1 (separated into florets )

  2. Potato - 2

  3. Onion - 1/2 (finely diced)

  4. Tomato - 1 (diced)

  5. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp

  6. Green chili - 1 (finely chopped)

  7. Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp

  8. Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp

  9. Coriander(dhania) powder - 1/4 tsp

  10. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp

  11. Amchoor Powder - 1/2 tsp

  12. Kasoori Methi - 1 tsp

  13. Salt - to taste

  14. Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp

  15. Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp

  16. Curry leaves - 5 leaves

  17. Coriander leaves - for garnish

  18. Oil - 2 tsp

  19. Method

  20. 1. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves. When they splutter, add chopped green chilies and onion and fry them till they turn golden brown.

  21. 2.Now add the ginger garlic paste and tomatoes and saute till the raw smell disappears.

  22. 3.Next add the cubed potatoes, turmeric, red chili powder,coriander powder, amchoor powder, kasoori methi, garam masala and salt. Cover and cook for about 3 minutes low flame.

  23. 4.When the potatoes are half cooked, add the cauliflower since cauliflower cooks very quickly. Cover and cook for another

  24. 3-5 minutes. Sprinkle a few drops of water if needed.

  25. 5.Garnish with coriander leaves.
