  5. 3 kaffir lime leaves , chiffonade

  6. 2 stalks lemongrass , white part only, minced

  7. 1 T sugar juice of

  8. 2 C peanut oil

  9. 1 C Thai basil leaves

  10. 1/2 C cilantro

  11. 1/2 C mint salt and pepper

  1. In food processor, add peanuts, shallots, garlic, chiles, kaffir, and lemongrass. Puree smooth. Add sugar, juice and season. Drizzle in oil, then add herbs.
