  2. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Green onion - sliced (medium)

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Tabasco brand Green Sauce

  4. 4 Flour tortillas - (7" dia)

  5. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Medium shrimp - cooked, peeled,

  6. Deveined and chopped

  7. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Shredded Muenster cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, green onion and 1 tablespoon Tabasco green sauce. Spread on 2 flour tortillas; sprinkle with half of chopped shrimp. Top with remaining tortillas. Top tortillas with remaining shrimp, tomato and cheese; sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon Tabasco green sauce.

  2. Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. To serve cut into wedges.

  3. This recipe yields 4 appetizer servings.
