  8. 3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple chunks

  9. 2 tablespoons italian dressing

  1. Alternate shrimp, vegetables, and pineapple on 3 skewers. Broil or grill about 5 minutes on each side or until done. Baste with Italian dressing while cooking. Serve over rice.
