  2. 1 1/3 cups almond milk (or any milk)

  3. 1 tablespoon honey

  4. 2 tablespoons coconut oil

  5. 3 egg whites (or one egg)

  6. 1/4 cup dried shredded coconut (unsweetened)

  7. 1/4 cup mini chocolate chip

  8. 2 teaspoons baking powder

  9. 1 teaspoon salt

  10. 2 tablespoons wheat germ

  11. 1/4 cup applesauce (or pureed apple)

  12. 2 tablespoons peanut butter (no sugar added)
