    1. 2 cups 474ml Pumpkin puree

    2. 1 cup 237ml Skim milk

    3. 2 cups 396g / 13oz Eggs (medium)

    4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sugar

    5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Cinnamon

    6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pumpkin pie spice

    7. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Ginger

    8. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Nutmeg

    9. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Cloves

    10. 6 Graham crackers - crushed

    1. Recipe Instructions Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into pie plate that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Cook 15 minutes on High in the microwave or in a 350º oven for 40 minutes. Serving size is 1/4 of the pie
