  3. 1/3 pound bacon

  4. 1 cup White vinegar (or whatever kind you prefer)

  5. 1/3 cup olive oil

  6. 2 tablespoons Splenda

  7. 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  8. salt & pepper

  1. Cook the bacon until it is VERY crispy, remove bacon from fat and add the fat into the olive oil (if you prefer a lower fat recipe, you can leave this step out, just use 2/3 cup oil.) 2 Chop the bacon very fine 3 Combine tomato paste, vinegar and Splenda in a medium bowl.

  2. Place the bowl on a kitchen towel, slowly drizzle in the oil/bacon fat while whisking vigorously. Add spices and chopped bacon, put into a bottle and refrigerate.

  4. By my calculations the WHOLE batch has less than 10 carbs, per serving it should be less than 2.
