  1. Citrus Venison

  2. 1 large onion, chopped

  3. 1/2 cup ocean spray grapefruit/tangerine cocktail

  4. 1 Tbsp cornstarch

  5. 2-3 lb. venison roast

  6. granulated garlic

  7. Place onion in bottom of slow cooker, put the roast in on top. Mix

  8. grapefruit juice with cornstarch and pour over roast. Sprinkle with

  9. garlic. Cook on low for 8 hours. Serve with rice and chopped green

  10. onions .
