  3. 6 to 10 minutes until tender

  4. 1 lb 454g / 16oz London broil - thinly sliced

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Garlic pepper

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Olive oil

  7. 1 Green bell pepper. - cut into thin strips

  1. Recipe Instructions While potatoes are cooking, toss beef with garlic pepper and heat oil in large skillet over high heat, add beef and toss for 3 minutes. Remove beef add green pepper to skillet, toss 3 minutes. Add potatoes, saute 5 minutes. Add beef; toss until tender through. Season with salt.
