    1. 1 3/4 c sugar

    2. 1/4 c margarine -- softened

    3. 1 lg egg

    4. 1/2 c skim milk

    5. 1 1/2 c flour

    6. 2 ts baking powder

    7. 1/2 ts salt

    8. 1/2 c brown sugar -- see : directions

    9. 1 1/2 ts cinnamon -- see directions

    1. Mix together thoroughly sugar, margarine, egg. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Add milk. Stir together and pour into 9-inch square pan. Make topping by combining brown sugar and cinnamon.
