  1. 1 12-oz. can solid white tuna (water pack), drained and flaked

  2. 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and finely chopped (2 cups)

  3. 2 green onions, chopped

  4. 3/4 cup red or green seedless grapes, halved

  5. 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

  6. 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt

  7. 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

  8. 12 7-inch flour tortillas

  9. 1 16-oz. jar pineapple-flavored salsa

  10. 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted

  11. 1 Tbsp. snipped fresh cilantro

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat a 3-quart rectangular baking dish with nonstick spray; set aside. In a large bowl combine tuna, apples, green onions, grapes, mayonnaise, seasoned salt, and pepper; mix well. Spoon tuna mixture along one edge of each tortilla. Roll up, starting from the edge with the tuna mixture. Arrange rolls, seam side down, in the prepared dish. Spoon salsa evenly over tortillas. Cover and bake for 35 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with almonds. Bake 5 minutes more or until heated through. Sprinkle with cilantro.
