  1. 16 oz 454g Chicken - dark meat

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Curry powder

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Five spice powder

  4. 1 Garlic

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cooking wine

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Ginger - chopped

  7. 3 tablespoons 45ml Soy sauce

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Honey

  9. 1 Pepper

  10. Cubed pineapple

  11. Green pepper - cubed

  12. 1/2 cup 118ml Coconut milk

  13. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Peanut butter

  14. 1/4 cup 59ml Soy sauce

  15. Hot sauce - optional

  1. Cut chicken into one-inch cubes. Marinate chicken in next 8 ingredients overnight.

  2. Skewer approximately 1 ounce of chicken and intersperse with cubed pineapple and green pepper.

  3. Cook chicken over an open grill until done.

  4. To prepare dipping sauce, mix remaining ingredients well. Serve with chicken.
