  1. 1 oz Unsweetened chocolate , grated

  2. 1 Cup Flour

  3. 1/4 Cup Brown sugar

  4. 2 Tablespoons Milk

  5. 1 teaspoon Vanilla Filling:

  6. 3 oz Unsweetened chocolate

  7. 3 oz Semi-sweet chocolate

  8. 1 1/2 Cup Sugar

  9. 3 Egg s

  10. 2 teaspoons Vanilla

  11. 3/4 Cup Flour Icing:

  12. 4 oz Semi-sweet chocolate

  13. 1/2 Cup Butter

  14. 2 teaspoon Vegetable oil

  1. Mix together crust ingredients.Press into an 11 inch false bottom tart pan. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes. Fill the shell with pie weights and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Remove pie weights and cool before adding filling. Melt chocolates in a double boiler. Remove from heat and stir in 1 Tablespoon of butter at a time. Stir in remaining ingredients.Pour into prepared shell and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool before icing. Melt icing ingredients in a double boiler and pour over tart. Serve with whip cream and raspberries.
