  1. 1 pound lean ground beef

  2. 1 cup chopped onion

  3. 2 cloves garlic, minced

  4. 3 cups cooked rice

  5. 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

  6. 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped green chiles

  7. 1/2 cup beef broth or water

  8. 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese

  9. 1 cup crushed corn chips

  1. Cook beef, onion and garlic in large skillet over medium heat until lightly browned. Stir in rice, soup, chiles and broth; heat thoroughly. Stir in cheese and top with corn chips just before serving.
