  1. 2 lbs red potatoes, scrubbed

  2. 6 eggs , boiled & chopped

  3. 1 lb bacon , fried & crumbled

  4. 1 onion , chopped (or use green onions)

  5. 1 stalk celery , chopped

  6. 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise (not miracle whip)

  7. 1/2 cup sour cream

  8. salt & pepper

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add potatoes & cook about 15 minutes until tender, but firm.

  2. Drain & set in fridge to cool.

  3. Once cool, chop with the skin on.

  4. Combine potatoes, eggs, bacon, onion & celery.

  5. Mix together mayo, sour cream and salt & pepper.

  6. Add to other combined ingredients.

  7. Chill 1 hour before serving.
