  1. 1/3 cup flour

  2. 1 teaspoon salt

  3. 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

  4. 1 teaspoon dry mustard

  5. 4-6 lean pork chops

  6. 2 tablespoons oil

  7. 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup or similar condensed soup (cream of celery, cream of mushroom, etc.)

  1. Mix flour, salt, mustard and garlic salt and dredge the chops with the mixture. Heat the oil in a skillet and brown the chops on both sides. Place the chops in the slow cooker and add the soup. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. You can add more soup if you want more gravy. Good over rice or noodles.
