  2. 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil

  3. 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt

  4. 2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh parsley

  5. 4 lemon wedges

  1. Pat scallops dry with paper towels. In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot. Add scallops to skillet and sprinkle with salt. Cook, stirring, until just opaque throughout, about 4 minutes. Add parsley and toss. Serve with lemon wedges. Makes 4 main-dish servings.
