  1. 1 3/4 cup Swanson® Beef Broth (Regular, 50% Less Sodium or Certified Organic)

  2. 2 medium potato , cut into cubes (about 2 cups)

  3. 1 cup cubed cooked beef

  4. 3 cup V

  5. 8 ® 100% Vegetable Juice

  6. 1 cup cut up canned whole peeled tomato

  7. 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables

  8. 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves , crushed

  9. 1/9 teaspoon ground black pepper

  1. Heat the broth and potatoes in a 4-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
