  1. 2 eggs

  2. 2 mashed bananas

  3. 1 cup milk

  4. 1-1 /2 cups flour

  5. 1-1 /2 teaspoons baking powder

  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. Mix eggs, bananas and milk well.

  2. Add flour, baking powder and salt.

  3. You may have to add extra milk to make the batter the right consistency.

  4. Pour out onto hot griddle in desired portions.

  5. Cook until browned on both sides.
