  2. SOUR CREAM LEMON PIE

  6. 1 c Sugar

  7. 3 1/3 tb Cornstarch

  8. 1 tb Lemon rind, grated

  9. 1/2 c Fresh lemon juice

  10. 3 ea Egg yolks, slightly beaten

  11. 1 c Milk

  12. 1/4 c Butter

  13. 1 c Cultured sour cream

  14. 1 ea BAKED 9-inch pie shell

  15. 1 c Heavy whipping cream, whippe

  16. 1 x Lemon twists for garnish

  17. Combine sugar, cornstrach, lemon rind, juice, egg

  18. yolks, and milk in heavy saucepan; cook over medium

  19. heat until thick. Stir in butter and cool mixture to

  20. room temperature. Stir in sour cream and pour filling

  21. into pie shell. Cover with whipped cream and garnish

  22. with lemon twists. Store in refrigerator.
