  2. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Portabello mushrooms - chopped

  3. 1 Garlic - minced

  4. 4 sections Fresh thyme

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Extra virgin olive oil

  6. 1 Boboli or your own precooked pizza crust

  1. Saute onions and portabello mushrooms with garlic and thyme leaves until softened.

  2. Place topping on pizza crust. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
