  2. 4 oz 113g Parmesan cheese - grated

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Mayonnaise

  1. Recipe Instructions Drain tuna, place in small bowl, and flake with a fork. Then, rubbing tuna between fingers, flake very finely. Blend parmesan cheese in blender until powder-fine. Mix cheese and mayonnaise into tuna with a fork. Mixture should be almost smooth, but fairly dry.
