  1. 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  2. 1/4 cup capers

  3. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  4. 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  5. 2 cloves garlic, crushed

  6. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  7. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  8. 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  9. 1 head romaine lettuce, broken into bite sized pieces

  10. 1 large egg, hard cooked and chopped

  11. 1 cup croutons

  12. 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Combine oil, capers, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper in medium bowl; whisk until ingredients are well blended.

  2. Place lettuce and egg in large salad bowl; add dressing and toss to coat. Sprinkle with croutons and cheese; toss lightly. Serve immediately.
