  4. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring, until the sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat; cool.

  7. Ingredients :

  8. 5 lb Sirloin steak, boneless - cut 1 inch thick

  9. 10 Tbsp vegetable oil

  10. 5 Tbsp lemon juice; fresh

  11. 5 Tbsp water

  12. 10 tsp Dijon Mustard

  13. 5 tsp honey

  14. 2 1/2 tsp oregano; dried

  15. 1 1/4 tsp pepper

  16. 5 med bell pepper; red, green yellow or orange, cut in

  17. 1 inch pieces

  18. 40 large mushrooms; fresh

  19. Instructions

  20. Cut steak into one inch pieces. In a large bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice, water, mustard, honey, oregano and pepper. Add the beef, bell peppers and mushrooms, stirring to coat.

  21. 8 to 11 minutes.

  22. Serving suggestions: Hot, cooked long grain and wild rice.
