  1. 6 cups water

  2. 4 chai tea bags (recommended: Yogi brand)

  3. 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

  4. 3/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

  5. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  6. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Add the water to a large pot and bring it to a boil. Remove the pot from the heat, add the tea bags and let steep for 10 minutes.

  2. Remove the tea bags and stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a pitcher and chill until cold. Serve over ice.
