Ingredients Jump to Instructions ↓

  1. 60 ml light soy sauce

  2. 40 ml rice wine vinegar

  6. 1 bunch spring onion , finely shredded

  7. 1 red chile , very finely chopped

  8. 6 blue-eye cod fish fillets (175-225g each)

  9. plain flour , seasoned with

  10. salt and pepper, for dusting

  11. 1 tablespoon butter
