  1. 1 bun ( I use Merita Light Wheat Buns, they're 80 calories and delicious )

  2. 4 ozs boneless skinless chicken breasts

  3. 1 / 2 lemon ( juice of )

  4. fresh rosemary ( 1-2 sticks is plenty )

  5. paprika

  6. salt

  7. pepper

  8. 1 stick olive oil flavored cooking spray ( i use pam, but any kind will do you also don't have to use the olive oil kind, just non-stick spra )

  9. 2 ozs red peppers

  10. 1 1 / 2 ozs red onions ( one big slice )

  11. 1 oz goat cheese ( any kind, I made this with only1/2 oz goat cheese last night and it was still delicious and 40 calor )

  12. shredded lettuce

  13. 1 teaspoon Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
