  1. 2 eggs

  2. 1 lunch size snaplock bag

  3. 1/2 slice of ham, chopped

  4. 1/2 green onion (shallot), chopped

  5. 1/2 small tomato, finely chopped

  6. 1/4 cup grated tasty cheese

  7. 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley

  8. salad, to serve

  1. Break eggs into bag. Add remaining ingredients. Season to taste. Shake gently to combine.

  2. Press out any excess air in the bag and seal.

  3. Place bag into a pan of boiling water. Cook omelet for 8-10 minutes until set.

  4. Open bag and roll omelet out onto a serving plate. Serve with salad.

  5. Top tip The whole family can make their own omelets and write their name on the bags with a permanent marker. You can usually cook 6?8 omelets in a large saucepan.

  6. These can be prepared the night before. Keep chilled until ready for breakfast the next morning.

  7. These are also great for camping.
