  3. 3 tbsp. all purpose flour

  4. Roasting pan used to roast turkey with fat and liquids remaining

  1. Pour off fat from roasting pan. Place roasting pan over 2 stove burners and heat over medium heat. Whisk together broth and flour until smooth. Add to roasting pan and cook, stirring, until mixture boils and thickens.
