  1. 4 Chicken breasts

  2. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Herb seasoned stuffing mix

  3. Swiss cheese slices - 4

  4. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Melted butter

  5. Cream of chicken soup - 10

  6. Garlic powder - (opt.)

  7. 1/4 cup 59ml Dry white wine

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Parmesan cheese - (opt.)

  1. Arrange split, skinned and boned chicken breasts in a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and wine; stir well.

  2. Spoon sauce evenly over chicken and sprinkle with crushed stuffing mix. Drizzle butter over stuffing.

  3. If desired, sprinkle with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.

  4. Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes.
