  2. 1/2 pound provolone cheese, grated

  3. 1/2 pound American cheese, grated

  4. 3/4 cup heavy cream

  5. 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese

  6. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  7. 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  8. 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  9. 1/8 teaspoon yellow food coloring

  1. Melt provolone in top of double boiler over boiling water. Add American cheese and stir in cream. Add cream cheese and stir until all is melted. Remove from heat; whip in seasonings and food coloring. Serve warm with crackers, chips or vegetables.
