  12. 450 ml King Island Double cream

  13. 500 g caster sugar for caramelising

  14. sugar syrup

  15. Monin coconut syrup

  16. Coconut cream

  1. Shortcrust pastry Mix in sifted flour and sugar Mix in butter until mix looks sandy in texture Add eggs and orange oil Wrap and place in fridge till required.
