  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried mint - (crushed)

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Louisiana hot sauce

  6. 1 cup 237ml Soy sauce

  7. 1 cup 237ml Water

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Olive oil

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix all ingredients. Marinade lamb 6 to 12 hours, then use the marinade as a basting sauce as it cooks.
