  1. 3 cups vegetable stock

  2. 3 cups chicken stock

  3. 6 cups water

  4. 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon

  5. 1 large turkey breast (cooked or diced)

  6. 2 large onions (diced)

  7. 4 small potatoes (diced)

  8. 3 celery ribs (diced)

  9. 2 cups broccoli

  10. 1 red pepper

  11. 2 cups frozen green beans (cut)

  1. Placed all ingredients (minus the broccoli) in a large pot on medium high heat, boil for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.

  2. Add in the broccoli 3 minutes before serving. If you like mushy broccoli, add when you are ready to simmer for 10 minutes. The hot stock will cook the broccoli in the 3 minutes =).
